Prior to shipping, each pair of eyeglasses are inspected by a certified technician to ensure the accuracy of the prescription and proper alignment of the frame. Further, they are packaged in an attractive hard case for protection. In the unlikely event of a defect, we will replace them completely free of charge.
What is your warranty policy?
Lifetime warranty on the accuracy of the prescription lenses.
One year warranty on every frame that we sell.
Anti reflective coating is warranty is one year against manufacturer defects.
How long does it take?
As early as the next day! Anti-reflective coatings on bifocals, sunglasses, or Transitions® Lenses typically take an extra day or two to custom-coat your individual pair.
What do I need?
All you need is your prescription and your pupillary distance (PD). Outside of any special circumstances, your doctor will readily give this to you upon request if you can't find it. It's the law in all 50 states.
